The fourth term of the Online IP School will be held between October-December 2023.
We will be discussing the essential principles of trademarks, patents, utility models, designs, copyrights, domain names and emerging areas in today's IP law. Please keep following this page for further updates and the announcement of this term's program.
As a significant update to the previous terms, we designed a session on Patents & Utility Models that will be hosted in collaboration with Mr. Aydın Mutlu who is a broadly recognized patent practitioner qualified as both a European Patent Attorney and Turkish Patent & Trademark Attorney.
In addition, we will be having a session on the Hot Topics in the IP World (AI, Metaverse, Recent Developments) by our very own Luna Bianchi, whom kindly joined us in the third term as a guest speaker. Luna is an attorney at law with a deep experience in the field of IP and has recently co-founded Immanence, a start-up focusing on legal consultancy for developing software and AI systems.
Also, we will be hosting Vincenzo Melilli from the Catholic University of Milano and Bugnion S.p.A., Susana Fernandez Martin from Industria De Diseño Textil S.A. (Inditex, S.A.) and Charlotte De Jouffroy from Pernod Ricard as our guest speakers during the fourth term. All of our guest speakers are internationally renowned IP practitioners who are eager to share their experiences in the IP field and pass on relevant knowledge that they gained through their career paths. We will be sharing biographies of our guest speakers at a nearer date to the application period of the fourth term.
